Authorized use

Ops Hub is provided for Dancy Pantz Boutique LLC business operations. Access is limited to people authorized by the business. Users must protect their account access, use connected services lawfully, and must not share dashboard access with unauthorized people.

Connected services

Ops Hub works with third-party services such as Square, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Google Merchant Center. Each service remains governed by its own terms, permissions, and availability. A service may limit, change, or revoke access, and Ops Hub cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party connectivity.

Reports and actions

Reports, recommendations, and readiness indicators are operational aids. Users remain responsible for reviewing important information and confirming business decisions. A recommendation is not a guarantee of sales, advertising performance, account approval, or data accuracy.

Actions that affect connected accounts are limited by application policy and user permissions. Users should verify the target account, scope, and expected result before approving a material change.

Acceptable use

Users may not use Ops Hub to access data without authorization, bypass a connected service's controls, upload malicious code, interfere with the application, or use the application for unlawful activity.

Availability and liability

Ops Hub is provided for internal business use on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Dancy Pantz Boutique LLC is not responsible for losses caused by third-party service outages, stale or incomplete data, unauthorized access outside its reasonable control, or decisions made solely from an Ops Hub report.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the application changes. We may suspend or end access when necessary to protect the business, connected accounts, or users. Continued authorized use after an update means the updated terms apply.
