About Ops Hub

DPB Ops Hub is an internal business operations tool for authorized Dancy Pantz Boutique users. It is separate from the customer storefront at dancypantzboutique.com. This public website does not provide access to the Ops Hub dashboard.

Information the application may access

When an authorized user connects a business account, Ops Hub may access the limited information needed to provide its operational features, including:

• Square business, catalog, order, sales, and connection information.
• Google Ads account, campaign, ad, keyword, search-term, spend, conversion, and reporting information.
• Google Analytics 4 property reporting, event, and ecommerce metrics.
• Google Merchant Center product, feed, eligibility, and diagnostic information.
• Account identifiers and authorization information needed to maintain a connected service.

Connected services control the data they provide and may change their data, permissions, or availability over time.

How information is used

Ops Hub uses connected information to display operational reports, compare business systems, diagnose tracking and product-feed issues, prepare recommendations, and perform bounded actions that an authorized owner has approved or that fall within the application's low-risk operating policy.

Ops Hub does not use connected information for unrelated advertising, sell or rent it to third parties, or publish it on this website.

Google user data

Google API data is used only to provide the features described in this policy and is handled consistently with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it to serve advertising outside the authorized business operations described above.

Customer and payment information

Connected business systems may return limited order, catalog, or customer-related identifiers. Ops Hub uses the minimum information needed for business analysis and avoids unnecessary customer details in reports. Ops Hub is not designed to collect or publish full payment-card numbers.

Sharing, security, and retention

Information may be processed by Square, Google, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the connected services and the private application. We do not make connected account data public.

Authorization credentials and operational reports are kept separately from this public website. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as needed for DPB business operations and internal recordkeeping.

Your choices

An authorized user may stop a connection by disconnecting the relevant service or revoking access through that service's account settings. Requests about Ops Hub data can be sent to dancypantzboutique@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the application, connected services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published.
